General Manager
Kefilwe joined Probe over 9 years ago as a research assistant, research executive then later promoted to the position of a General Manager. She has experience in research planning, data collection (face-to-face and telephonic interviews) and field work supervision. Over the years, Kefilwe has gained experience in data validation, data processing, SPSS database scrubbing, data analysis and reporting. She is versatile, possesses excellent leadership skill and qualities. Her friendly disposition allows her to interact and work well in a team.
Kefilwe is also the secretary of the first committee of the recently formed Association of Botswana Commercial Researchers.
